Yoga for the Soul
Hey there!
I'm a certified yoga instructor born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, currently based in the beautiful Bayside area. I discovered yoga in 2016, and it's been a fundamental part of my life ever since, helping me stay healthy, aware, and connected to a higher purpose.
These aspects are at the core of what I believe in - promoting positivity, love, and a holistic approach to wellness.
My classes are designed for everyone, whether you're just starting out or have been practicing for years.
My goal is to help you honor your mind, body, and spirit without judgment, and to embrace your inner light so you can shine spiritually and energetically.
I studied 500-hour YTT at Moksha Academy in 2018 and completed my 200-hour YTT at YOGARENEW in 2022.
I'm always learning from my students and sharing what I know.
In yoga, we're all both teachers and learners.
I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from incorporating more yoga into their lives.

I host heart-led yoga experiences throughout the year, from monthly and seasonal retreats to themed workshops designed to nourish, ground, and uplift. Each event offers something unique, whether it’s a deep dive into self-love, reflection, or renewal.
I also create personalised private events, whether it's a women’s circle, hens party, birthday celebration, or corporate wellness session. If you're called to gather your group for a mindful and memorable experience, I’d love to hold space for you. Just reach out.

Heart Awakening: A Morning of Self-Love
A soulful retreat that blends gentle yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and journaling in an intimate and nurturing setting. This offering is open to all levels, no experience needed, just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Past Retreat: Reflect & Renew:
Reflect & Renew was a soulful morning retreat created as a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Held during a seasonal transition, this gathering offered a chance to slow down and tune inward through a 90-minute yoga journey incorporating gentle movement, intention setting, partner work, chakra card pulling, sound healing, and essential oil rituals.
Set in a peaceful studio, we explored the power of reflection, letting go of what no longer serves and welcomed the energy of renewal.
This retreat offered a deeply grounding and heart-opening experience, perfect for those navigating change or simply craving space to reconnect

How to Join:
While I’m currently on a gentle pause from hosting morning retreats as I enjoy time on maternity leave, you’re warmly invited to subscribe and stay connected for future offerings. I’ll be returning with fresh workshops and heart-led morning retreats in the near future. In the meantime, I’m open to holding private group sessions upon request (minimum of 10, with a maximum of 14 participants)
